This symbol invites us to honour the cyclical nature of our life energy. To trust ebb and flow. Just as our blood moves within the body’s contained system, our thoughts, feelings, and actions originate and circulate within.
Momentum emerging from stillness — or even stuckness — is all the more powerful in its contrast. When we accept where we are and stop fighting where we aren’t, we allow movement.
Use this symbol to practice generating from within, moving stillness into flow, propelling ideas into actions, and releasing stuck emotions and old perspectives.
